RMA Policies

  • Please check for physical damage when the ordered items arrive and file a claim as soon as possible if any occurs. Any physical damage claim filed 2 weeks after products are received will not be processed.
  • Please keep return product in its original package, do not damage or write on the package. Items that are returned damaged without proper packageing will not eligible for refund/credit/replacement.
  • When Requesting Return Labels:

    Please provide a list of items needed to return with the following information:

    1. Model with Serial# (our products'serial# always start with KLA)
    2. Quantity
    3. Reason for return, must with print test sample. If it is a physical damage or fitment issue, please take pictures of the toner or printer error screen.

    Please provide the number of the return packages and weight of each package.

    We do not issue return labels for mistakenly ordered items. There will be no credit if the items are returned with opened packages.

  • Unless specifically told not to, any item that is not returned will not be eligible for credit or refund. If replacement is sent, charge will apply to replacement and shipping.
  • Any products that are not from our factory returned will be subject for charge on disposal and return shipping.
  • All products returned will be tested in our facil ity. If the result is consistent with the claim , we will issue full replacement/refund to your preference.
